These aren't cookies...They are hamantaschen and they are traditional for passover. I am going to attempt them this weekend. I hear the key is refrigerating the dough first, and then once the "cookies" are formed sticking them in the freezer for another hour...then cooking them in their froze state. Wish me luck.
I also plan on putting new shelves up in the kitchen and getting some storage baskets to spruce things up. This is a before before shot....things look a lot different now but the shelves are the same and they need to GO! We need solid wood ones so they don't sag in the middle.
